BypassExams.com provides professional assistance in passing proctored exams. By using our services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding the risks and consequences associated with using such services.

3. Payment Terms – Upfront Payment: Clients may choose to pay in full before the exam.

– Payment After Passing: If you choose to pay after successfully passing the exam, you must agree to the following conditions:

– Your exam session will be recorded, including your face and personal details.

– If you fail to make the agreed payment immediately after passing the exam, we reserve the right to:

– Report your exam attempt along with the recorded footage.
– Use your face and identity as an example to deter others from violating our terms.

– By choosing the “Pay After Passing” option, you explicitly consent to these terms and the use of your personal information in the event of non-payment.

4. Supported Devices

We only support Windows 10 and 11. We do not support Mac, Chromebooks, or Linux devices. Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet these system requirements before using our services.

5. Privacy & Security

– We use TailsOS, BGP encryption, and encrypted Google Pixel devices to maintain security and privacy.

– Your data is handled with confidentiality, but failure to comply with our terms may result in the disclosure of recorded information as stated in Section 3.

6. Access to Private Groups

Upon scheduling an appointment, clients gain access to our private Discord and Telegram groups for support and updates. Access may be revoked if these terms are violated.

7. Service Availability

We strive to be available 24/7, but availability is not guaranteed. We continuously test for updates and ensure our software remains functional

with new patches.

8. Disclaimer & Liability

– BypassExams.com is not responsible if a client seeks employment and lacks the knowledge represented by their certification.

– We strongly encourage clients to gain the necessary knowledge after obtaining certifications through our services.

– Clients assume full responsibility for their choices, including any potential risks or consequences related to their professional career.

9. Amendments
